Product application

Corrugated metal sheet roof mounting bracket
(for trapezoidal rib dimension 25/30/60mm)

This product is designed for corrugated metal sheet roof with a small trapezoidal rib top where traditional L feet is not perfect and not applicable. ( see more in Why not L feet )
The rooftop rib comes with a specification of 25mm top, 30mm height and 60mm wide.

Using this product the rail will be parallel to the trapezoidal rib and perpendicular to the steel/wooden purlin.

If the rail must be perpendicular to the steel/wooden
purlin, please contact us for alternative mounting solution.

Why use this product

1: Better Mechanics loading transfer

This bracket integrated a support clamp which will sit on the trapezoidal rib top and will transfer the load to the steel/wooden purlin and leave no pressure to the trapezoidal rip.

2: Easier and faster installation

The rail could be easily dropped in the slotted L feet and fastened by provided bonging hardware .
It can't be easier and faster by using this bracket. 

Why Not L feet

Traditionally L feet is sit on the top of the trapezoidal rib which will bear the load from PV system and racking,

However, the trapezoidal rib is quite weak in this kind of roof the rib is quite small and the metal sheet panel is thin,   and could be easily deformed and damaged, and cause

A traditional L feet come with a bottom sized at 40mm x 40mm and certain North America L feet at 48mm x 48mm.

They are both far bigger than the trapezoidal rib top.

Half of the L feet will be sit on the air and cause great pressure to smaller trapezoidal rib top
